Cloves (Eugenia caryophyllata) are dried (not open) flower buds of the
clove tree.
Cloves have one dominant, very spicy, flavor
Use always little clove, the taste of cloves is quickly
overwhelming. You must take them thus extent as the taste of cloves
do not want to dominate the court.
Mexican chicken stew
ingredients:
3-4 tablespoons oil
4 chicken thighs
1 onion, chopped
55 grams almonds
2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 can diced tomatoes (400 ml)

Preparation
