Pepper - chile Pulla
The medium hot Pulla chile is smaller than its cousin Guajillo and grow
mainly in the Central Valley of Mexico ( Mexcio-city area).
This thin fleshed chile with a dry, dusty, intense heat (heat level 6), has
a light flavor with a fruity aromatic taste, some cherry tones and a hint
of liquorice.
Suggested Use: An excellent chile to give a heat to your dishes,
delicious in stews, soups, dips, chutneys, casseroles, cooked
vegetables, use as a seasoning for salsas and sauces.
Give a extra taste to meat and poultry dishes.
