Mexican delicacy also known as Mexican Corn Truffles or corn
mushroom, maize mushroom and eaten, usually as a filling in
quesadillas tamales, soups and other specialty dishes.

Corn Truffle, Corn Grain, Onion, Vegetable Oil, Water, Salt and Citric Acid.
