Chipotle Chile with Brussels sprouts

Chile Pepper Morita Chipotle

Recipe:

A Dutch combination of " Spruitjes " ( Brussels sprouts), Sweet potatoes
and a hot Morita Chile Chicken mole.

cook a broth with chicken breast, add everything you like, onion, garlic
ect. to make it a full strong nutritious broth, as extra I used a cube of
the Knorr Sabor de Mexico "Tlalpeno" ( give a hot taste to the broth).
When the chicken parts are almost done remove the chicken and keep
the broth for further use. make more broth as usual and save / keep it,
later you will need it.

cook the sweet potatoes in plain water, till they are just ready. ( save
the cooking water, its a little sweet and you can use it to cool/sweet
down your (hot) broth.

in between cook the Brussels sprouts in a part of the chicken broth you
have saved.

make from a big ounion, garlic ( 2 ), the Morita Chiles( I used 3) and a
little chicken broth a mixture in the blender and bake this in hot (dairy)
butter. Temper it down with the chicken borth and add the chicken
breast / in little parts - fluffy way to the broth and cook it slowly for a
other 5 - 10 min to make it a nice sauce /mole.

serve the dish and enjoy
