Mi Viejita Chilaquiles are made with corn tortilla chips. The red salsa is
the exact combination of tomato, onion, coriander, three types of chili:
arbol, guajillo and morita and the exact amount of spices
Directions:
1.Prepare the pouch of Mi Viejita salsa with 1 cup of hot water and heat
in a pan until it boils.
2.Add the tortilla chips to the salsa.
3.Add cheese and cover for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Tips:
Serve with Mi Viejita refried beans, sour cream, onion and cheese.
With eggs- Follow the traditional method, and then serve them with
one or two refried eggs on top.
With Chicken ? Follow the traditional method, then add some shredded
chicken on top. Ensure that you leave the chilaquiles on the stove for a
couple of minutes so that the dish is warm when served.
